MEDICAL RAPID PROTOTYPING AND PRODUCTION.
FRIDAY NIGHT:
We got a call from a nurse at Beaumont Hospital asking if we could make something that would hold their masks off their ears for extended periods of time. We quickly designed this that night. |
SATURDAY AND SUNDAY: We retooled all of our machines for high speed production of the new parts. |
MONDAY & TUESDAY:
We began ramping up production of the new mask clasp. We reached and maintained a production of 1 unit per minute. From design to high speed production of the prototype in 72 hours, that's awesome!

THURSDAY DONATION:
By Thursday we'd stockpiled hundreds of units and began donations around the county. Here's Chris Luckritz making a donation at Mclaren Hospital in Mt Clemens, MI.
CONTINUING DONATIONS:
Beaumont Hospital receiving two hundred clasps.
We are continuing full production and will continue donating to all first responders for the duration of this emergency. Please contact us if you need a donation of mask clasps, replacement parts or a prototype.
