Damaged Industrial Wire Spools
Got a call from a friend of mine that had some industrial wire spools that had been damage from long time use.  He needed the spools bent back into shape and broken welds repaired.  This had to be done quick because he needed them for work.
So I had them dropped off at my shop, repaired all three and did a small weld repair on an A-frame, in under 24 hours.
These heavy duty suckers have been well used.
It takes a whole lot of force to break a well like that. O.o
This angle iron is severely deformed.
Using wood chocks, a 1.5 ton scissor jack and an torch I'm able to slowly push the steel back into a useable shape.
Switching to a different arm.
Finished the bottom, and almost done with the top of the first spool.
All three spools after being straightened and ready to be sent back. With an A-frame that had a hinge welded back on.
